Monica's old friend Rachel decides to move in with her after leaving her
fiance.Meanwhile Ross takes an apartment near Monica's apartment to be
closer to his friends,Chandler and Joey.
Joey tries to convince Ross that his belief that there is only one woman
for him is ridiculous.Equating women with ice-cream,Joey asserts that Ross
should just 'grab a spoon'.

Chandler:
Sometimes I wish I was a  .

Ross:
I don't want to be ,okay?I just...I just wanna be married again.

Rachel:
Oh God Monica hi!Thank God.I just went to your building and you weren't
there.
And then this guy with a big said you might be here and you are ,you are!

Okay,Everybody,this is Rachel,another Lincoln High .This is everybody.this is Chandler.and Phoebe.and Joey. and you remember
my brother Ross?
Chandler:

Ross is stunned to learn that his ex-wife is pregnant with his child.She
tells him that she and her lover,Susan, plan to raise the baby together,but
that he can be involved if he wants --- in fact he is invited to the Sonogram.
Meanwhile , Monica and Ross's parents are coming to dinner and Monica goes
insane trying to make everything perfect.
Rachel:
I mean, didn't you think you were just gonna meet , fall in love- and that'd be it? ..Ross?
Ross: Yes, yes!
Rachel:
Oh! Man, I never thought I'd be here.. |

Rachel has to give Barry back his ring and she dreads having to see him.
When she gets to his orthodontist office,she finds ...

Monica reluctantly introduces her new boyfriend, to everybody and they all love him. But eventually she dicides that she
doesn't want to see him anymore , and the gang is heratbroken.
Phoebe's bank mistakenly credits her account an extra five hundred dollars.
When she sends a letter to notify them of their error, they respond by
apologizing and giving her another five hundred dollars.
She gives the money to a homeless woman who buys her a to thank her.
Phoebe finds a thumb floating in it and the soda people give her seven
thousand dollars to keep her quiet.
Phoebe:
I opened it and there it was floating in there , like this tiny little

Chandler teaches Joey how to for an audition and winds up getting re-addicted to cigarette. In the
end, Phoebe offers him the seven thousand dollars if he never has another
cigarette. And he quits smoking.

Joey and Chandler invite Ross to a game for his birthday (which was seven months ago), but all he can think
about is his ex-wife, Carol.
At the game, Ross' nose gets broken by a flying puck and the ends up at
a hospital.

Meanwhile the women spy on President Clinton's top aide, George Stephanopoulos,
who lives across the street.
Rachel receives her first and spends the night talking about guys and life with Monica and Phoebe.
Phoebe:
If I were omnipotent for a day,I would want world peace , no more hunger,
